Question 1

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

A website is usually live in 1 to 2 weeks. Apps and platforms take 1 to 3 months, depending on size. You get an exact timeline together with the quote.

Question 2

Is there a minimum contract for the monthly packages?

Accepted Answer

Six months on the packages where the website build is included, because that is how long it takes for the build to pay off and for visibility to show results. On Starter the minimum is three months, and the build fee is waived if you choose yearly billing. After that you can cancel any time with one month's notice.

Question 3

Who owns the website if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

On Starter the site is yours as soon as the build is paid. On the packages where the build is included, the site becomes yours after 12 months, and you can buy it out earlier for €600 (Online Presence) or €900 (Business Digitalization). You get the site's code, all content and the domain, which is registered in your name from day one. The AI assistant, automations and hosting are our service and don't transfer.

Question 4

I already have a website. Do I have to start over?

Accepted Answer

No. If your current site is good, we keep it and make it better. If it's holding you back, we'll tell you openly and suggest what to do.

Question 5

What if I run out of edits, conversations or minutes?

Accepted Answer

Nothing gets switched off. We let you know at 80%, and for anything over the limit you get a price up front and only pay if you accept it. Unused edits and minutes don't roll over to the next month.

Question 6

What exactly is an AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

A chat on your website or in messaging apps that answers customers the way you would: prices, opening hours, availability, at any time of day. It learns from your information, and when it doesn't know something it hands the conversation over to you.

Question 7

How does the AI phone receptionist work?

Accepted Answer

In the Business Digitalization package, the AI answers calls, handles questions about your services and opening hours and books appointments, while urgent calls are forwarded to you. 300 minutes a month are included, and each extra 100 minutes cost €20.

Question 8

Do I need to understand technology?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We explain everything in plain language, and you only decide the things that matter for your business.

Question 9

Are the prices final?

Accepted Answer

Monthly packages have a fixed price. One-off projects are quoted individually: after the first call you get an exact quote, and that's what you pay.
