## Frequently asked questions

- **How long does it take?** A website is usually live in 1 to 2 weeks. Apps and platforms take 1 to 3 months, depending on size. You get an exact timeline together with the quote.
- **Is there a minimum contract for the monthly packages?** Three months, because visibility and marketing need time to show results. After that you can cancel any time with one month's notice.
- **I already have a website. Do I have to start over?** No. If your current site is good, we keep it and make it better. If it's holding you back, we'll tell you openly and suggest what to do.
- **What exactly is an AI assistant?** A chat on your website or in messaging apps that answers customers the way you would: prices, opening hours, availability, at any time of day. It learns from your information, and when it doesn't know something it hands the conversation over to you.
- **Do I need to understand technology?** Not at all. We explain everything in plain language, and you only decide the things that matter for your business.
- **Are the prices final?** Monthly packages have a fixed price. One-off projects are quoted individually: after the first call you get an exact quote, and that's what you pay.
- **Do you work with clients outside Serbia?** Yes. We work with clients in Serbia, Germany and the rest of Europe, in Serbian, English or German.
